Does Lipo 6 Make You Gain Muscle?

I tore all the ligaments in my ankle and I’m on crutches unable to workout. I bought Lipo 6x yesterday and I was wondering if it will make me lose weight or make me look like a man. I really don’t want to gain muscle. I was going to get hydroxycut hardcore but the guy said it didn’t work. Please help me?!

If you want to build muscle fast, there are a number of ways to go about it. However, if you think that spending hour after hour at the gym is going to help you build muscle fast, then think again. What you are about to read is going to blow that notion right out of the water!

It will probably not do either. I presume that the main ingredient is caffeine, and while that can help you burn much more fat while doing cardio, it’s still no fun and there’s no way it’ll build muscle.
Nothing except for steroids will make you look like a man. Many men have trouble looking like men.

Over the counter supplements generally don’t have the ingredients or the potency to make you lose weight or gain muscle in any significant way. While there are drugs that can make you lose weight or gain muscle, the side-effects are so significant that you usually won’t find them in Lipo or Hydroxycut products.

As a woman, it is impossible to workout and look like a man unless you are using (and abusing) some serious drugs and hormones. If you’re worried about gaining muscle, work your upper body with low weight but high reps. You won’t gain much muscle and you will stay lean.

And remember, if the guy you spoke to worked at the health store or pharmacy selling Lipo and Hydroxycut, he may know about as much as you do about those products.
