What are the supplements/ vitamins you currently are taking or would suggest using?
about how many exercises should I do per body part? I generally do 2 body parts per session.
I’ve been noticing when I do workouts with dumbbells (tricep kicks, bicep curls, dumbbell press, etc.), my left side is alot weaker than my right (I’m right handed). Is there any good way to even this out??

when I go to the gym i generally work out the specific body parts till exhaustion, causing them to be sore for the next 2-4 days depending on how much i smash them, is there a point where i can workout the same muscle when it’s a little bit sore? or am i even working my body too hard?

How should I start my weight training warm up? Should I go on the treadmill for 10 mins or start my routine with light weight?
@SoulOne94 Treadmill only really warms up your legs, I personally do light weight for maybe 30 reps, then stretch.

I’m 17 and have gone to the gym 4times a week for the past 6months and gotten muscle gains but no weight gains. I’m 6ft 4 and only weigh 139lbs. Any advice to gain weight other than eating loads as I do that any way, Thanks again

I’ve been working out for a while and didn’t really notice but my right arm is like an inch bigger even tho the same exercises and weight is being used. How can I even this out?
Great advise on the first question, I was also curious about that. Been pondering the internet for days! Currently 14-17% BF, figured cutting down, then clean bulking up would be more appropriate then gaining weight once again.. as I was 25% BF. So I’d also suggest if you’re closer to lower BF%, cut down to the required BF% Then begin bulking.. You also tend to see you’re leanness more due to lower BF then bulking, then cutting into the lean body.

I have heard before that individuals grow in muscle size at varying rates. Why are some people naturally stocky, skinny or in the middle. I am in the middle so what can I do to build muscle but lose fat? Thanx.
Hi Ryan: What is the best form of cardio? I do 30 min on the step mill, 60 steps per min after weight lifting. At 48 yrs old I stand 5’11 210 lb, 8% bf not to shabby!!!

I have a good question. I take whey isolate because it mixes easy and tastes great. I’ve recently heard that whey isolate is a “fast protein”, meaning the body absorbs it fast. So, is whey isolate a good protein choice to use 3 times a day to reach my protein needs?

A little embarrsing question, but I have to make it, because I guess because I never asked nobody, from there is my problem: In the pubic area if I stand up looks flat and OK but, when I seat down there appears a little bulk of fat ( I guess that’s what it is) … that is not certainly giving to me a satisfaction with my body and workouts… How do I get rid of that? Does it really goes away? I feel jealous of my brother and friends, they don’t have that.
Ryan, thanks for the videos. My question is: there are MANY ads (e.g Muscle EX) on the net, which claim that their products can get you ripped in 30 days (assuming you have an average bodyfat). I think those are fads really, but when I look down in the testimonial section, it looks quite positive actually, and really it seems these are effective. Your opinion Ryan?

hey ryan looking to bulk i do everything to try to bulk like high protein such as eggs meat in general and protein shakes im seeing very slow results i use to work out five times a week and someone told me its better to do it everyother day but my results r not very noticeable am i doing something wrong

I have a question. This may seem strange but I reach a plateau on bulking up. I literally can’t bulk up any further. I tried increasing my intake but I can’t seem to be gaining. My strength is increasing, I’m not overtraining.. So what’s wrong?
