Gynecomastia Fix

It needs a daily workout for toning and weight loss.?

I'm a guy about 5'6'', 150 lbs. I left to work in a while now, my muscle mass is essentially gone. Is there a workout that I can maintain (preferably less than an hour and the machines do not)? I have muscles you can see, but not bulging as a monster (I want something like Brad Pitt in Fight Club). Furthermore, I (am not joking and please do not laugh) a bit puffy nipples (no gynecomastia) and Butt, which is slightly above average. I'm pretty sure the fat you can not do a daily workout that will determine which do?
