I’ve been logging onto youtube to learn more about this condition and I’m still not comfortable to say that I could have this procedure done to me. I am focusing on losing weight first ( Diet, cardio and resistance training). I plan on losing 35-40 pounds. My frame should only be carrying 165 max and I weigh 206 lbs. I have to get my b.m.i. down too. I want to do this as healthy a way as possible. I am here to learn and hear testimonials, hopefully not a bunch of trash talk. This is very serious

Has anyone heard anything about any hormonal irregularities with gynecomastia or a male producing too much estrogen that could be a factor in all this? Is this brought on by antibiotics on food, dairy etc? I want to find a way to minimize my condition without surgery ie. get to the source of it all. I didn’t have this when I was leaner. I’ve heard that heavy men produce more then normal levels of estrogen that could be a catalyst in this embarrasing disorder. If I’m wrong, help me please!

When I go to the gym, I stay away from chest exercises for the most part. If I do an excercise for my chest muscles I will do inclines, not much weight and cable flys, not too much weight again. I stay away from bench press and all that. I’ve heard that if you lift, you want to build the upper chest since the tiity fat goes down with gravity. My question is, if I tighten the upper chest, will it raise or tighten everything else. I sure as hell don’t want to make it worse. I’m trying to be smart.
