Gynecomastia Surgery!?!?

I am 21 years old and sick of my gynecomastia. It ruined my Water Polo and swimming experiences. I am most likely going to get the surgery. I just wanted some opinions on how the surgery went? How was the swelling? How is the scar? How long until you could exercise? Did it heal correctly? Any complications? Anything, any advice I will take it! Thanks in advance.
Go for it, you have waited for this a long time. The swelling will resolve after a few weeks, your new chest will last forever.
You will be given pain medication, so no worries about that. The scar should not be bad because the incision is made under the natural fold.
