Gynecomastia Surgery and MEPS?

I’m considering having Gynecomastia Surgery before I enlist in the Army. It’s a mild case as it’s only puffy nipples. Will there be any complications at MEPS? I’m pretty sure it’s not a DQ. Purely cosmetic. I’m aware I will require a waiver and will have to wait 6 months before I ship. Maybe I should wait until after MEPS… Thoughts?

Open laporoscopic surgery of the chest is disqualifying for six months following the surgery. The source below is the medical standard. So, get the surgery done, wait the six months and go through MEPS processing.
