@kamuiamadeus You are welcome. However, not all surgeons have the same skills nor use the same techniques. This is surgical sculpture and you are looking at my work. Picking your surgeon is like picking a sculptor. Check how the result looks from multiple angles and on animation. I have seen so many unhappy patients from other doctors who had terrible results, especially on flexing muscles. Some doctors just do not get it. We want a chest to look good living life, not just in 1 or 2 pictures.

@richbwoi1 Each patient & each side varies depending on many factors. We are glad to help you explore your concerns during a consultation or a preliminary remote discussion. The remote is the way most use to minimize travel to VA. Jane is my office manager and can explain the process and what time we have available. She can normally be reached at our office by phone Monday – Friday 9-5 Eastern Time at (804) 748-7737. Almost all of our patients are driving short distances few hours after surgery

do you have any, or could you post a video of the same surgery, but on a man with bigger breasts. I would like to know how this procedure will be for c-cup size breasts. I obviously assume the length of the procedure will take more time, but what about the excess skin/fat, and the large size of the areola?

@kamuiamadeus on my website on gynecomastia I have one of the largest collection of before and after surgery pictures / videos of problem and surgical sculpture. Google Bermant Gynecomastia for the site
Beyond that, I may publish additional during surgery videos. They do take a great deal of time to edit and make and it would be easier if someone was donating the funds to produce such an effort. Until then the thousands of images I have already made available will have to do.

@richbwoi1 This was done with local anesthesia and heavy sedation. The sedation makes for the comfort level our patients experience on my website.

@ciokoye I need to see my patients the day after surgery. That is how I make sure everything is OK. Most then travel back home the day after surgery. For more complex cases patients return for the dressing removal about 6 to 10 days after. Some have the dressing removed while on the telephone with me. You can check about our patient experiences on my web site.

what kind of anesthesia is used? Are patients catheterized?

This was under local anesthesia with heavy sedation. No urinary catheter is needed nor used for my gynecomastia patients.

Are there any kind of health problems that would prevent someone from having this procedure? If so what?

@Super100times Yes, quite a few. That is why each patient needs a consultation before they can be considered candidates for elective plastic surgery. We help patients explore such issues during a consult or our preliminary remote discussion. If interested, Jane is my office manager & can better discuss costs fees. She can normally be reached at our office by phone M – F 9-5 ET at 804 748-7737.
