How Do I Lose My 12 Lbs of My Belly?

I’ve started to run on the treadmill for about 30 to 35 minutes three times a week, and I’m still not loosing any lbs. I’m just wondering what’s going on? I dont eat fast foods, soda, junk food period, pasta. I try to eat very healthy and in small portions. I also tend not to eat late at night also. I take supplements which are One a day for men, Omega 3,6,9, Glucosamine Msm chondriten, Vitamin C, and L- Arginine, Lipo-6 Fat Burner. I still dont know what to do to lose the little gut that I have. Are there any supplements for Fat burning that anyone can reccommend that work better. My current weight is 198 and I’m 5’10.

Goal is to go back 186 or 184 lbs.

I have started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 117lbs

    Google fruit fast

A DIET IS WHAT YOU EAT….there for we are all on a diet….
    THINK LIFESTYLE CHANGE

You got the change the way you think and feel about food

TRY THIS, and stick to it.

The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change.
Results will be in about the same time

    Fruits and Veggies

Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.

Don’t eat anything that comes in a can, box or package….
…..THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD…..
If man made it, don’t eat it

    NO white BREAD or SUGAR

NO PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and Calories

    NO FRIED FOOD…

    Stay away from FAST FOOD

NO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKS

Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog

Don’t think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change

I have lost 28.5 pounds in 3 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week….controlled portion….this really works………

Write down every thing you eat

    take a multivitamin at night

Try watching out for your calorie intake..It’s a slow process but you will see results. Try this link it has a calculator you can use to calculate how many calories you need to lose or gain weight.

    http://www.hpathy.com/healthtools/calories-need.asp

Also try to lay off all of the supplements..Just take vitamins and call it a day..

try running the elliptical and doing weights, im asssuming u dont lift weights ebcause u ddnt say u did. try intervals on the ellipitcal. drink pleeeeeeenty of water. lifting weights especially after cardio helps cut fat and turn into muscle. eat plenty of veggies.

Hm same problem that i had. Believe me or no u have to sacrifice even your muscles to lose this belly fat like i did. Well it will take a little time to bring urself in weightlosing mode. Then u will have results but during that weight losing period never ever eat any fatning diet. and u will have to lose youroverall body weight to lose belly fat even the muscles like me , I was 96 kgs and big belly but i started to lose weight and now i m 80 kgs of weight and lost 4 inches of waist. Yes running is a perfect exercise for losing fat but untill u didnt control ur diet nothing will happened.

    Intense ab workouts.
Sometimes it’s tough to lose the flab, but you can pull some of it in by defining your muscles.

You lose weight by burning more than you put in. I would take stock of EVERYTHING you put in (including all those supplements which may be loaded with carbs/calories)

Check out what you’re eating at http://www.calorieking.com. Sometimes healthy doesn’t lend itself to being low-calorie/low-fat. Also, don’t forget the caloric content of alcohol. A drink or two can still add 300 calories to your daily intake. I’ve lost 30 pounds this year just by trying to keep my calorie intake between 1200 and 1500 a day (avoiding saturated fat at all costs).

I’d also stop in with your doctor, because you might also have a thyroid issue. Although it’s more common in women, I’m a dude and I’ve been on thyroid medication since I was 25.
