How Do You Guys Cope With Your Gynecomastia?

I was just wondering. Seeing others and how they deal with it, and see what others that have the same condition as me go through it. I hope to get my surgery done this Christmas.

    Didn’t happen to me, but it can be a drag and a struggle! It suck that you need to go to surgery, but it’s the quickest and for sure way of getting rid of it.

    No body feels like being sore around Christmas, but in a way it’s likely like a Christmas gift, getting rid of them.

    are you talkign about man boobs? gyno? you can try bodybuilding websites that have supppliments for them if you want to try that first befor eyou go with the surgery, if that don;t work then go for th esurgery.
