How Long After Gynecomastia Surgery Until I Can Workout Again?
I will be getting Gynecomastia Surgery done next week. I’m an amateur bodybuilder so clearly, I workout a lot. How long after my surgery until I can start lifting again and can I do cardio still while recovering? btw I DO NOT take steroids and that’s not why I have gynecomastia. I’ve had it for 7 years and it never went away. Answers please (:
People are different. Your going to see doctors soon ask them. Plus buddy I am sure they will tell you that stuff after surgery, but if they don’t ask them! You’re not paying them just for the surgery but also for knowledge.
