Well, I know people make fun of me for asking this question, but I'll ask anyway since I am very curious knowledge. 1.) Is it possible for a man to undergo breast implants without having to HRT, counseling, or full-time cross-dressing? The reason I asked this question because I contacted a medical tourism in Thailand, and agree to conduct surgery without letters of recommendation from two mental health workers. But I just want to know what others think. Do you think they (the surgeons) actually perform surgery, or if they refuse to change their policies? Thanks for any response. PS – I'd rather give up my dreams of becoming a pilot breast implants. I'm tired of the Air Force and its mine stupid machismo, and behavior. I think it's great that you want chest. In general it is a journey for me. Why give up being a pilot? , I think you can do both, go ahead!
