Even though I don’t prefer them, you’re more than entitled to do what you want. Those saying "Don’t do it" or "They’re gross" or "Be happy with what you have", etc. are being at least a little judgmental. No two people are the same and just because an individual or a group of people don’t like them, doesn’t mean you don’t have the right to do it. If you had breast cancer and had to have a breast removed, I wouldn’t fault you for wanting to feel "whole" again. Its not always about being shallow about looks or wanting to "get the upper hand" w/regard to attracting attention to yourself.

For every shallow, plastic "Barbie-doll" out there who just wants big boobs and lots of attention, there’s also a woman out there who’s either had to deal with a lifetime of tormenting behavior as a result of a naturally abnormal figure (such as a birth defect or deformity) or the emotional discomfort and uncertainty of something like cancer making them feel less womanly.

Like I said, I typically don’t like implants, when its just for aesthetics, but oftentimes, thats not the motivation women have for wanting them. For the masses to assume a woman would want breast implants just for looks, is no less shallow than the shallow women they’re judging.

I think they are horrible, there are some that are done well, but most look fake. I like breast in all sizes and am most attracted to women who are comfortable with themselves as they are and take care of themselves.

Not good unless it’s because they’re asymmetrical to begin with.

I think it’s horrrible. People should accept what they have. I only agree with breast surgery when you reduce them because they are uncomfortable.

ehh .. i wouldnt do it. They may feel uncomfortable, and side effects may occur. Plus alot of guys find it a turn-off if you have them.
But do what you want… =)

I really dont see anything wrong with it, your just making your self feel better about your self. Yea they are fake and are mostly hard but it all comes down to how you feel and that is what matters most.

I would get them if i had the money go up to a double C maybe, i seem to be getting smaller. OH the down side to implants is that you have to get them redone about every 5 years.

im against them i think… people get so wound up by society about how they look. i think people who modify their bodies in such ways are very socially insecure are worry to much about thier appearance and how people judge them.
its really sad considering that there are so many people in the world who dont have parent and live on the street, who cant afford to buy a loaf of bread or even a decent education, people who dont even have fresh water in their houses, or are so deformed that theyre treated as animals and kept in with the chickens like a disgrace.
its sad that then us people in rich country frett about insignifficant things like their breasts.
i value some one more on how they treat others than, their breasts. its selfish i think!

Any surgery puts one’s life at risk, even if the risk is statistically minimal. I think it is very sad that we are so disatisfied with our looks that we would resort to life-threatening measures to "improve" our looks.

Also, breast implants make it more difficult to detect breast cancer later in life. From a health standpoint, breast implants are thus very risky.

I think the only one that really benefits from implants is the plastic surgeon.

    Great question.

i think it helps a lot of people who actually need it for medical reasons. i also think its an addiction to a lot of rich people to like to blow their money on it. if i had really small boobs by the time i was in my 20s i would possibly consider getting inplants BUT money is a factor and they leave scars
