Soy Male Breast Growth
Nutrition during pregnancy: Soy is a health food!
I apologize if this becomes a little heart – not because I do not mean it this way, but you can, because I'm passionate about it.
For years, health food "industry has spent millions of dollars in soybean positioned as healthy food, and now he is in everything! Even the formula. And although the Food Standards Agency has issued warnings about the dangers of soy infant formula and infant nutrition, yet is allowed to continue today.
One of my Facebook friends has recently published a review about your baby is 4 months always hungry at about 1030pm and how it intends to give "the good night milk" to see if it helped to pass the night. Immediately I sent in last day as morning milk is soy as it is 99% of milk powder to find on the shelf at the supermarket and back to his comment, "Why is soy bad? "
It seems that, despite all evidence to the contrary, the "health food" industry has done a good job of marketing of soy as a healthy alternative that truth is embedded in all the noise they make.
Soy should not be part of their diet during pregnancy should not be consumed during lactation or the possibility of milk your baby powder and other baby foods.
Soybeans are traditionally used in Asia to feed and only in times of extreme scarcity food was used by the very poor. Even then, it has been used sparingly and only after long fermentation – Asians do not know the dangers.
Soy is widely used as a vegetarian alternative to meat because it is rich in protein, but what the health food industry do not tell you is that they are also high in enzyme inhibitors and anti-nutritional factors that block the action of digestive enzymes in the digestion of proteins. Thus, protein becomes useless to you that you can not absorb it!
Protein is the cornerstone of all our cells – you need to repair and grow tissue muscle strong and your baby needs to form cells, and that if the protein available is a regular part of their nutrition pregnancy, you and your baby will suffer. Now, the health food industry has spent billions to invest in technology to eradicate these soybean antinutritional factors and made a point, but in the success is another problem. Soybean production in Western manufacturing uses high temperatures and caustic chemicals to destroy the anti-nutrient factors (inhibitors trypsin) in soy, to be "safe" for human consumption, but in doing so, the processing of high temperature heat to denature the protein made Soy, which makes them difficult to digest and toxic. In addition, the process still is not to eliminate trypsin inhibitors.
Trypsin inhibitors are particularly dangerous for pregnancy and babies, because even small amounts of trypsin inhibitors has been found to reduce the growth and expansion The cause and pathological conditions of the pancreas, including cancer.
Soy is also rich in phytates and phytic acid blocks the absorption of magnesium, calcium, iron and zinc in the intestinal tract. During pregnancy, it is extremely important that you get enough of these minerals in the diet of pregnancy to protect your system immune prevent brittle bones, help your baby as well as in the womb and prevent premature delivery or miscarriage. So anything that blocks the absorption of essential nutrients is potentially very harmful to you and your baby.
In children, phytate diet high in food caused growth retardation in infants and is especially serious because it slows the accumulation of myelin lipids, which affects the brain development and training proper nervous system.
Soy milk also increases the need for folic acid in early pregnancy can cause neural tube defects such as spina bifida. Also block the absorption of fat, which also means that you can not absorb fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamin D. But while all these things are detrimental to health in pregnancy and development of your baby pale into insignificance in comparison to the effect that soy has on your hormones and hormonal development your baby.
Soy contains isoflavones – a compound that mimics the effects of eostrogens. Isoflavonones are potent endocrine disruptors and change patterns of growth and appropriate sexual development of your baby. Isoflavonones depress thyroid function, autoimmune disease of the thyroid and have a devastating effect on sexual development in children.
Boys experience an increase of testosterone in the first months of his life where testosterone is produced as a grown man. Isoflavanones in food at this time the blood flow of female hormones.
Pediatric noticed a greater number of children who show a lack of physical development of organs sexual and physical maturation is long overdue.
In girls, puberty starts much earlier with 48.3% of girls with physical signs puberty at age 8, (such as breast development or pubic hair).
Why food aid agencies of government, while the soybean promoted as a healthy food for pregnant and lactating mothers and for worse, as the main ingredient in most infant formulas?
MONEY!
Soy is cheap and allows the food industry to make huge profit margins that would not be possible without the volumes that occur. Governments GDP depends on the rate that the economy is as it should, and until a suitable alternative to cheap just about will continue to occur.
And surprisingly, most experts in government agencies for food are also major shareholders in companies that benefit from manufacturing profit margin which gives them produce soy.
So please check it! As I always say, if you are not cooking from scratch and with fresh ingredients and organic is necessary to recognize any on the label as complete and if soy is one of those things – do not use!
