Use the Recommended Exercises to Lose Weight Quickly and Safely

I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO FOLLOW THE CAREER OF MY FATHER. I always wanted to be a policeman. Eversince, my Dad has always been my idol. He is always tops for me. He looks very dignified when wearing his uniform. His career record is as impressive as he is. His rise in position is very mercurial. Right now, he is the head of their department. Some are saying that he will still go higher. Everybody’s so proud of my father. Most specially Mom and my two sisters. They are even encouraging me to join the police force. They say I’m so much alike Dad. In features, I’m very much like Dad. Our height is almost the same. Most noticeable is that we also have the same weight and hair color. Mom confirmed this saying I look very much Dad on his younger days. Hence, I’m very determined to follow in Dad’s footsteps. That’s why I’m undergoing exercises to lose weight quickly. I’m really not that fat. Probably you might say that I am a bit on the chubby side. Most especially in the tummy. If I want to be accepted in the academy, I have to shape up. I don’t want my family to be disappointed. They definitely want me to be a policeman like my Dad.

My daily followed exercises to lose weight quickly consist of jogging every morning. I follow it up with more exercise at the gym. To strengthen my muscles, I have started to lift weights. To show you how serious I am, I’m also into aerobics. I want to be sure I am nimble and flexible comes screening time. This is my the back-up preparation for the training if it comes to down to it. The training course for policeman is without doubt tough. I have to be very ready for that. If I’m lucky enough to pass the preliminary screening selection, it is only just the beginning. I would be disappointed in myself if I fail the training exercises. I tell you, I have prepared all my life for this.

I can really feel it in me. I am in my best tip-top shape. No doubt about it. {I know it}. My exercises to lose weight quickly definitely boosted my spirits. My confidence level is at its highest. I’m confident I will be accepted into the academy. My muscles are ripping. Most definitely, I’m in my best pristine physical condition. My mind is very focused in my objective. I obligate my whole being to function at my best – my very best. I don’t want to fail my family. Nothing can stop me from following my fathers footsteps. My mind is set on it.
