So, a while ago, there was a male body builder who wanted to get implants in his back (so his muscles appeared bigger)

So the surgery begins, and the doctor cuts him with a CAKE KNIFE, and the guy awakes to discover he has been given BREAST implants.

So, what would be your reaction if this happened to you?
lol, no, it’s actually a true story from a couple years back.
