a friend of mine who’s "transitioning" and doing quite well except she wants bigger breasts. She wants to keep her functionality because she intends to get into the adult film industry until she can get enough money to complete her transition. she feels it’ll be easier to get in being functional and all and she can’t afford surgery and refuses to escort. she doesnt have a yahoo account and hasn’t found an answer as of yet so i volunteered to ask here. any help?

More like a troll answer. How hard is it to understand "she can’t afford surgery" and "serious replies." Maybe you should spend more time learning how to read a question than randomly venture your pointless inaccurate observations. I don’t see how an honest question could be perceived as trolling. I tried all kinds of breast enlargement pills and they were all a waste of my money, the only thing that worked for my breasts was hormones.
After 10 years on the hormones I am no longer functional, I understand about not being able to afford surgery, that is why I have been on hormones for so long. I will have to go another 5 years before I can get the money together for the surgery. Please wish your friend all the luck I can wish her.
